RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

Returns & Warranty Policy

Returns

• All sales are final.
• Ground Force Equipment does not accept returns on equipment, attachments, parts, accessories, deposits, or special orders.

 

Exchanges

• Ground Force Equipment does not accept exchanges for any reason.
• Customers are responsible for reviewing all product details, specifications, pricing, and condition before purchase.

 

Refunds & Cancellations

• No refunds or cancellations are accepted once a purchase has been completed.
• No exceptions will be made unless required by law.

 

Warranty

• Ground Force Equipment offers a Powertrain Parts Warranty on qualifying units.
• Warranty coverage varies by model and is limited to parts only.
• Labor, diagnostics, mechanic fees, transportation, shipping, pickup, delivery, and downtime are not included.

 

Attachments

• Ground Force Equipment does not manufacture attachments.
• Attachments are not covered under a Ground Force Equipment warranty unless stated in writing.

 

Shipping & Cosmetic Damage

• Minor paint blemishes, rub marks, scratches, scuffs, and cosmetic imperfections may occur during shipping or handling.
• Cosmetic imperfections do not qualify for a return, exchange, refund, or warranty claim.

 

By completing a purchase, the customer agrees to this policy and understands that all sales are final.
