Returns & Warranty Policy
1. Warranty Coverage
1.1 Limited Warranty. Ground Force Equipment provides a limited Powertrain Parts Warranty on each unit sold. This warranty covers replacement parts only and expressly excludes labor costs. Warranty coverage duration and terms may vary by model.
1.2 Eligibility. This limited warranty is extended solely to the original purchaser of the product from Ground Force Equipment and is non-transferable.
1.3 Customer Responsibilities. The purchaser is responsible for:
Procuring and replacing any warranted parts; and Arranging and paying for labor or service at a qualified repair facility of their choice.
1.4 Exclusions. This limited warranty does not cover:
Labor, transportation, or diagnostic costs; Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or deterioration due to misuse or neglect; Damage resulting from improper operation, maintenance, modification, or installation by unauthorized personnel.
1.5 Final Sale. All sales are final. Ground Force Equipment does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any units sold under any circumstances.
